**English Speaking KYC Process Specialist**
**You can expect to:**
· Be responsible for KYC collection process
· Process Inbound/Outbound Phones from merchants for support/KYC collection
· Process Inbound/Outbound Emails from Merchants for support/KYC collection
· Validate and verify KYC material received/collected
· Process PEP/Adverse Media Matches
· Terminate Merchants
**We expect You to:**
· Have good English language skills (B1+ and upper)
· Have experience in KYC area
· Have strong motivation to provide highest level of customer satisfaction
· Be accurate, structured, and detail oriented
· Have strong communication and collaboration skills
· Have positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast changing environment
· Be legally authorized to work freely in Lithuania without company sponsorship (due to the nature of this position)
· Be in Lithuania as due to the nature of this position we are not considering candidates with relocation / working from abroad
