**Description & Requirements**
Bloomberg Electronic Trading Systems (ETS) offers premier multi-asset trading venues and services, including workflows for Asia Market participants trading Fixed Income instruments. As the Hong Kong based Credit E-Trading Product Manager, you will help drive the overall strategy and growth of the APAC Fixed Income trading business. You will develop solutions for the local market and the global investor community by collaborating with key external market participants - including buyside institutions, liquidity providers and managing internal stakeholders to deliver market leading trading solutions.
**What is the role?**
The Credit E-Trading Product Manager will be responsible for maintaining and increasing our footprint in the Credit E-Trading market. In doing so you will increase E-Trading D2C market share in Corporate Bond markets. Working together with Bloomberg Engineers you will deliver market leading workflows and execution tools.
**We will trust you to:**
+ Self-start: Set the direction for your business and own the outcomes with limited oversight
+ Client-Centric Solution Design: Utilize your deep knowledge of Corporate Bonds / Debt to identify client needs and build solutions that provide a competitive edge. Engage directly with clients to understand their challenges and collaborate on developing scalable solutions
+ Product Management: Ensure we have incremental deliveries and a phased product roadmap with clearly outlined business outcomes. Your leadership in product strategy, combined with your experience in large-scale project management will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
+ Senior Level Engagement: Use your network to develop strong senior level relationships across the industry at leading buyside and sell side firms
**You will need to have:**
+ 10+ years proven experience in Fixed Income markets
+ Strong technical understanding of Debt Capital Markets and trading workflows
+ In-depth knowledge of the Asia eTrading
+ Proven record of self-starting and delivery under limited supervision
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
+ Confidence in specifying a product delivery and partnering with Engineering in its delivery
+ Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders both externally and internally
+ Exemplary presentation and communication skills in English
+ Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
**We'd love to see:**
+ Experience in sales or trading roles, pertaining to debt instruments or eTrading technology solutions
+ Product Management experience in a D2C eTrading business
