Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Specialist located in Accra. The Export Sales Specialist will be responsible for processing export documentations accurately and effectively, tracking and processing shipping bookings and coordinating with warehouse for export arrangements, day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management to promote and expand the market for high-quality ceramic tiles in Ghana and West Africa.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management capabilities
• Export and related arrangements
• Fluency in English and other languages is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the ceramics industry is beneficial
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in international trade or related field
