About the role
In this role, you will:
Provide operation performance analysis, recommendation, or guidance to solve and prioritize action plan and problem solving (senior supervisor, senior engineer, foreman, leading hand)Provide performance of accuracy of measurements, calculations, and data integrity level in any aspects especially of Dispatcher mining systemsUndertake daily management of mine production information and reporting systemsMaintain and update Fleet Management System based on mining progressDispatch, monitor and supervise production activities an effective Fleet Management System and coordination with project operation to achieve and improve production and productivity targetBe responsible for effective deployment of mining resources to safely and effectively execute mine plans within set production and safety targets, understanding the daily, weekly and monthly production targetsWeekend and public holiday flexible coverage required About you
Bachelors in engineering, statistics, and mathematics3-5 years experiences in Fleet Management System (FMS)Good understanding on Fleet management system (Hexagon or Wenco), new mining technology, mining operation, mine planning, reporting and cost control, data analysis and statistics knowledgeHas project management, FMS network and hardware installation capabilitiesGood understanding on coal mining or other mineral mining operationGood leadership and English communication skillGood Analysis skill especially with numbers, calculation and demonstrate high excel skill
