About the role


In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage day by day operational ROC and become person in-charge to maintain communication to mid leadership (Superintendent, Manager, DPM, PM, Ops Manager) and aligned the strategy coordination with site stakeholders.

  • Be involved in shaping the operation strategy in shift, daily and weekly time frame with mining operation team

  • Oversee all activities by ROC members

  • Train and coach ROC team members

  • Continuously review ROC set-up and identify improvement opportunities

  • Review output data and processes and make recommendations on operational improvements

  • Ensure review activities are undertaken by site personnel per infoMINE & FMS requirements

    • About you

  • Minimum bachelor degree from related discipline

  • 10 Years' experience with Operational Technology, Fleet Management System

  • Good understanding about mining operation, mine planning, reporting and cost control

  • Good understanding about coal and mineral mining

  • Remote Operational experience will be preferable

  • Proficient in mining technology, research, and development

  • Proficient in day-by-day mining operational practice

  • Proficient in Mining Data and Analytics

  • High Level of communication skills

  • Advanced Excel

  • Knowledge of databases

  • Exposure to IT/Finance/Engineering
