Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

You will

Report into the Operations Manager. 

Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. 

Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. 

Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Deep knowledge in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering with a minimum of 3 years work experience

Experience of working with Compressors as well as previous Service Engineer Experience

Self-driven and a clear focus on high quality. Competent, reliable and determined.

Empathetic communicator, ability to get on with others and be a team player.

Driving licence category B

Have an understanding and an ability to use technical/professional knowledge and information.

Ability to promote, develop and maintain a culture conducive to quality throughout the organisation and to improve its performance

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in West Hungary. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Hungary (HU).
