Primary Function of Position
The Field Trainer will report directly to the Field Training Manager for their region. This training professional will deliver da Vinci System technology in-service including advanced technology training and system technology skills development activities for surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff from a variety of surgical specialties. The Field Trainer will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs and provide support for customer training initiatives.

Essential Job Duties
Conduct da Vinci Surgical System training programs for surgical teams at designated locations and remote locations as needed.Train the sales force to conduct in-services and system technology skills development activities with customers on new and established products.Occasional support of the da Vinci System in a hospital operating room.Maintain all capital equipment, including but not limited to the cleaning of instruments and accessories.Support positive relationships between external training location personnel and ISI management.Contribute to the organization’s quarterly goal achievementsDevelop competency in the following:da Vinci System Technologyda Vinci System applications and advanced technologyOR EfficiencyTraining Pathway processTraining/coaching techniques/methodologiesRegister training activity milestone and submit expense, as well as perform administrative tasks using internal online training and internal systems.資格

3 years medical company experience or equivalentHigh capacity and excellent problem-solving skillsSolid organizational skills and ability to operate independentlyProfessional work ethicSolution orientedExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsHigh capacity to learn in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to self-developmentAbility to work in a team environmentRequired Education and Training
Bachelor’s degree or equivalentWorking Conditions
