With demand increasing, it is seeking to expand and grow a team of people who have a strong passion to create and introduce new services/products to the world.
Your new role
In this leadership role, you will directly impact the business by utilising your skills and competencies within the finance space, and by connecting directly to the Business and Finance stakeholders. Furthermore, it is expected that you will contribute to the growth of the business through your experience in the commercial finance and plant controlling experience. Acting as a Business Partner, a good balance of being hands-on and strategic is much appreciated in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be able to demonstrate relevant previous experience in the Manufacturing or FMCG industry, as well as:
Possess a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or similar) plus MIA
Be an excellent communicator with good stakeholder management
Coming from a multinational industry with familiarity in matrix reporting
Be a natural leader and have the ability to work autonomously and provide guidance and mentorship for your team
Possess the ability to work with various stakeholders and show commitment in driving the business
