<\/span><\/div>
  • Staff Management (Training, Performance & Appraisals,
    Client Service, Policies & Procedures, SOP's)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Development & Implementation of Food & Beverage
    Procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Able to achieve targets<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Equipment and Stock control<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Design, Implement and Manage Shift Schedules for staff<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Establish Food & Beverage budgets and financial goals<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor operations and ensure compliance with health,
    safety and hygiene industry standards<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Accounting (Cash Flow, Bank Deposits, Budget, General
    Financial Statements)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Respond to client inquiries and/or complaints<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Develop & Implement marketing strategies<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 3 to 5 years' experience in Managing a fully operational
      F&B department in a 4 or 5 star Hotel/Lodge environment with a staff complement
      of at least 30 people.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Valid Food & Beverage Qualification<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Matric<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Basic Financial Understanding<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Advanced understanding of cost of sales & profit
      margins<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Working knowledge of stock controls<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Banqueting & Conferencing Experience<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent "Attention to detail" awareness<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to organize and run promotions and events<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Good Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel &
      Outlook)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • ADVANCED knowledge of LODGE PMS & POS SYSTEMS<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to write weekly and monthly reports<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent time management skills combined with a hands -on approach<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to manage a Food & Beverage Department as a
      business unit.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Staff Training<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Valid RSA Drivers license and Valid RSA ID <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent Track Record with at least 2 years in each
      position<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Well -spoken and presentable<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Be guest -centric ensuring great experiences<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Innovative and creative: to drive hospitality at the Lodge
      to new levels<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
