**Your role at Clorox:**



The General Manager, Mexico is the country leader for Clorox in Mexico and a key member of the LATAM Leadership Team. Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager of Latin America, this role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue and profitability growth while positioning Mexico as a critical growth and export hub for LATAM and the U.S.



Operating within a matrix organization, the General Manager partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions to lead the business through a period of accelerated growth, innovation, and increasing complexity.



**In this role, you will:**



+ Lead overall business performance in Mexico, driving revenue, profitability, and long-term sustainable growth.

+ Position Mexico as a strategic market and export hub, leveraging partnerships with leading-edge retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s, Costco, and Amazon.

+ Champion innovation across products, channels, and go-to-market strategies to ensure continued relevance and competitiveness.

+ Act as the country leader within a matrix organization, influencing and aligning cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain.

+ Provide strategic input and leadership as part of the LATAM Leadership Team, contributing to regional growth priorities and long-range plans.

+ Identify, assess, and manage business risks, including regulatory, political, and market dynamics.

+ Serve as a strong advocate for talent development, building a diverse, high-performing leadership pipeline and succession plans.

+ Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to support a business projected to double in size over the coming years.

+ Foster a culture rooted in integrity, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Experience & Background**



+ Extensive leadership experience operating within matrix organizations, influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

+ Proven track record driving revenue and profit growth in complex, competitive consumer markets.

+ Experience leading business transformation and managing accelerated growth environments.

+ Strong expertise in pricing, market strategy, channel management, and operational execution.

+ Demonstrated experience leading innovation, including new product launches and profit-building initiatives.

+ Prior experience in multinational consumer goods companies is strongly preferred.

+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
