Analyze recruitment metrics and develop strategies for improvement. Required QualificationsIndependent contractor. Able to invoice. Able to work unsupervised Data informed within recruitment metrics. Fluent in English. Prior recruitment or sourcing experience within startup ecosystem. Business development experience within workforce solutions. Strong work ethic.
