InterContinental Malta is delighted to invite an enthusiastic and service-driven **Guest Service Agent** to join our vibrant Club Lounge- Front Office team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of Club Lounge, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay from the moment of arrival to the time of departure. Whether it's checking in a guest, providing tailored recommendations, or resolving a concern with care and efficiency, your role is essential to delivering the high standards of True Hospitality that define our brand.

**Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):**



+ Greeting our VIP guests warmly and ensuring a welcoming and professional arrival and departure experience

+ Managing check-ins and check-outs in accordance with hotel policies and legal requirements

+ Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently and with a personalized approach

+ Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, room types, and ongoing promotions

+ Collaborating with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction

+ Assisting with room allocations, ensuring special requests and VIP needs are fulfilled

+ Supporting group bookings by coordinating pre-arrival arrangements and room configurations



**Qualifications & Experience:**



+ Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Reservations, preferably in a luxury hotel environment

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting

+ Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

+ Knowledge of hotel systems (such as Opera or similar PMS) is preferred

+ Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

+ A friendly, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
