About the Role
As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements
About You
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Master Workday HCM and Recruiting.
Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions.
Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.
Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.
Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of functional experience with HCM software solutions or systems.
Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.
Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Taleo, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG or similar applications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English

Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
