About Us

Premium Invention is a fast-growing DTC e-commerce company manufacturing premium solar security cameras. We serve off-grid customers—cabin owners, farms, construction sites—who need reliable security without traditional power sources. We're profitable, scaling aggressively, and launching multiple new products in 2026.

The Role

We're looking for a Head of Growth to own our marketing function and build the team to scale. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll execute across paid acquisition, email, and new channels while hiring specialists to support growth. You'll work closely with our Product Marketing Manager and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing efficiency (MER) across all channels
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Build and optimize email marketing (Klaviyo flows and campaigns)
  • Coordinate with designers on ad creative and assets
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager on landing pages and positioning
  • Hire and manage marketing team members as we scale (performance marketing, email, affiliates, PR, community)
  • Define clear hypotheses for tests, measure results, and make decisive calls
  • Report on performance and recommend strategic direction

Requirements

  • 7+ years in growth or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Experience managing a team of 3+ people
  • Has hired and built a marketing function before
  • DTC or e-commerce experience with physical products
  • Clear, logical thinker—can define success metrics upfront and acknowledge when something isn't working
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and async

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling e-commerce brands
  • Familiar with affiliate, influencer, or PR channels
  • Experience with US consumer market
