Head of LATAM

is hiring HEAD of LATAM.

MarketsVox is expanding rapidly across Latin America, and we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly connected Head of LATAM to lead our regional strategy. This role is ideal for a senior BD professional who understands the FX/CFDs industry, has an established network, and knows how to build sustainable, scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the LATAM regional business strategy

• Build, manage, and mentor local BD, IB, and affiliate teams

• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across key markets

• Establish strong partnerships with IBs, affiliates, trading communities, academies, and influencers

• Monitor regional performance, KPIs, and competitor landscape

• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams

• Represent MarketsVox at events, seminars, expos, and webinars

• Ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency with HQ

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FX/CFDs (BD/Partnerships/Regional Leadership)

• Strong network and credibility within LATAM trading communities

• Proven success in growing markets and managing teams

• Deep understanding of IB models, affiliate systems, and partner funnels

• Excellent communication in Spanish + good English

• Goal-driven, strategic thinker, strong leadership
