<\/b><\/div> Performance Strategy & Leadership<\/b>
<\/div> ● Own and evolve the agency's performance marketing strategy across paid media,
<\/div> SEO, and analytics.
<\/div> ● Define how performance is planned, delivered, measured, and optimised, ensuring
<\/div> all activity is commercially focused and results -driven.
<\/div> ● Act as the senior internal performance consultant, supporting client teams with
<\/div> strategic thinking, channel planning, and performance frameworks aligned to client
<\/div> objectives.

<\/div> Integrated Performance Delivery<\/b>
<\/div> ● Oversee the development and execution of integrated, multi -channel performance
<\/div> strategies.
<\/div> ● Ensure paid and organic activity works cohesively, with analytics embedded at the
<\/div> centre of planning and optimisation.
<\/div> ● Partner closely with senior client leads to ensure performance specialists are
<\/div> deployed at the right strategic level while maintaining executional excellence.

<\/div> ● Own performance measurement and reporting standards across the agency.
<\/div> ● Ensure consistent and effective use of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google
<\/div> Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, and related platforms.
<\/div> ● Translate complex datasets into clear insights, narratives, and actionable
<\/div> recommendations that inform client decision -making.

<\/div> migrations, and major campaigns alongside technical and development partners.

<\/div> ● 7+ years' experience in performance marketing, with strong expertise across paid
<\/div> search, paid social, SEO, and analytics.
<\/div> ● Agency background with a proven track record of building and leading high -
<\/div> performing specialist teams.
<\/div> ● Strong strategic capability, comfortable operating at consultancy level while
<\/div> remaining hands -on when needed.
<\/div> ● Advanced analytical skills and confidence working with GA4, Google Ads, Meta
<\/div> platforms, Search Console, and related tools.
<\/div> ● Excellent communicator, able to explain performance strategy, results, and trade -offs
<\/div> to senior stakeholders.
<\/div> ● Commercially minded, with experience supporting revenue growth, managing
<\/div> resourcing, and delivering ROI.
<\/div> ● Collaborative leadership style, experienced working alongside client services,
<\/div> creative, and technical teams.
<\/div> ● Proactive and forward -thinking, staying ahead of platform changes, AI developments,
<\/div> and emerging trends.
<\/div> ● Comfortable working in a fast -paced agency environment with UK and international
