We manage the full process from talent vetting and briefing to editing and delivery.

Job Overview

We are hiring a Head of Photography and Videography to lead our global talent network. You will handle recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and performance management of photographers and videographers, making sure every project meets Shootday's standards anywhere in the world

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing global network of photographers and videographers
• Recruit, screen, and onboard top talent with the right specialization, equipment, professionalism, and portfolio quality
• Assign the right talent to the right shoots based on skills, location, availability, and complexity
• Maintain Shootday's global quality standards by reviewing portfolios, test shoots, ratings, and client feedback
• Collaborate closely with post-production to ensure visual consistency and fast turnaround
• Oversee talent performance, communication, and reliability across all regions
• Stay ahead of trends in equipment, techniques, and production workflows
• Troubleshoot issues on active projects and ensure smooth execution for clients
• Work closely with internal teams to support multi-city shoots and high-value accounts

Qualifications

• Strong background in photography, videography, creative direction, media production, or similar
• Proven experience managing creative teams or large talent networks
• Excellent understanding of professional equipment, lighting, production workflows, and post-production
• Sharp eye for visual quality and ability to critique portfolios confidently
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global operation
• Fluent in English
