Head of Transfer Pricing, Finland

Meraki Talent is supporting a highly regarded organisation in Finland as they seek an accomplished Head of Transfer Pricing to lead and further strengthen their transfer pricing strategy across a diverse, cross-border business. This role offers the opportunity to operate at a strategic level, partnering closely with senior stakeholders while building, developing, and leading a high performing transfer pricing team.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, working collaboratively with tax, finance, legal, and commercial teams on complex inbound and outbound transactions. In addition to overseeing risk and compliance, the role has a strong advisory and business development focus, supporting growth across an international client portfolio and contributing to the firm's wider tax strategy in the Nordic region.

As a successful candidate you will:

• Be fully qualified (CCA, ACA, CPA, CRC or equivalent)
• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international tax principles
• Have proven experience managing transfer pricing risk, audits, and controversy
• Possess a strong diverse advisory background, with experience supporting inbound and outbound client portfolios
• Have a demonstrable track record of business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth
• Show strong leadership capability, with experience building and leading high-performing, growing teams
• Be fluent in English; Finnish language skills are advantageous
