Job Description

We are looking for a Head of User Acquisition to join an international iGaming product company that develops a complete product ecosystem covering all key elements of the industry: from traffic acquisition and in-house platform development to customer retention, internal payment infrastructure, and local marketing.

Company products - online casinos, platforms, PSP and affiliate products.

Market - Tier 2/Tier 3

Company size people

Marketing team (cross teams) - SEO, buying, affiliate etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a role Head of User Acquisition or similar position (Head of Performance Marketing, Team Lead Performance Marketing, etc.) in iGaming industry
  • Strong expertise in Performance Marketing in оne of the markets ( Tier 2/ Tier 3 markets (Africa / LatAm / CIS)
  • Hands-on expertise with one of the channels: Facebook/Meta, Google Ads/UAC, affiliate marketing, influencers/streamers etc.
  • Experience managing $300K+ monthly budgets with a strong grasp of key profitability metrics.
  • Experience in managing a marketing team: building a structure, areas of responsibility, KPIs.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics: GA4, Amplitude, Tableau, AppsFlyer/Adjust; , confident with spreadsheets and BI tools.
  • Proactive, fast learner, adaptable, strong problem-solver, communicative, result-oriented.
  • English - B2+.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale new products for a Tier 2-3
  • Run and optimize campaigns on all key traffic sources.
  • Lead a dedicated performance team for your region.
  • Manage monthly budgets of $1M+ with focus on ROI and FTD growth.
  • Analyze funnels and user journey, identify bottlenecks and improve conversion.
  • Work with product teams on landings, A/B tests and localization.
  • Collaborate with central SEO, affiliate and B2B teams.
  • Identify and leverage GEO-specific traffic sources: local platforms, ad networks, publisher ecosystems, community channels.
  • Discover new traffic sources, partnerships and local opportunities.
