We are looking for an experienced HRBP who will join us in our Colombia office and will be responsible for aligning human resources strategies and needs with the business objectives of the company. If you're passionate about optimizing processes and supporting both employees and management, we'd love to hear from you

Challenges that await you:

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy in Colombia, aligning it with business goals and local market specifics
  • Provide consultation and support to managers in making strategic and operational decisions
  • Build trust-based relationships and foster strong leadership practices
  • Handle complex employment cases with multiple variables, identify optimal solutions, and oversee their implementation
  • Manage employee adaptation in Colombia, ensuring smooth integration and alignment of global HR processes with local specifics
  • Enhance the employer brand and company culture in the Colombian market

What makes you a great fit:

  • 5+ years of experience with at least 1-2 years working as an HR Business Partner, preferably in fast-growing companies
  • Background in FinTech or related industries—understanding of business dynamics is essential
  • Experience working with international teams and strong cross-cultural understanding
  • Flexibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance business and employee interests
  • Ability to analyze complex cases and propose effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced English
  • Fluent Spanish is a strong plus
