**About the role**
**As an HR Business Partner, you will make an impact by supporting business leaders in driving people-related strategies and initiatives across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding, performance management, retention, and employee relations. You will be a valued member of the Lithuania HR team, working collaboratively with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions.**
**In this role, you will:**
+ **Build trusted relationships with business leaders to support strategic objectives through effective HR practices.**
+ **Provide expert guidance on complex people-related matters, including talent management, coaching, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.**
+ **Lead HR support for the Digital Engineering department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR policies.**
+ **Partner with leaders and employees to deliver daily support and guidance on HR topics.**
+ **Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and contribute to organizational change management efforts.**

**What you need to have to be considered**
+ **Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, international environment.**
+ **Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.**
+ **Thorough knowledge of Lithuanian labor legislation.**
+ **Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.**
+ **University degree in management, psychology, or a related field.**
+ **Fluency in Lithuanian and English**

**Salary range: €3300 – €4500 per month dependent on experience**
