Compensation:-
Full-time: $300 – $400 per month (8–9 hours/day)
Part-time: $200 per month (5–6 hours/day)

About the Role
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Interns to join our international HR team. The main focus of this internship is recruitment and documentation management. You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across different countries while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with organizational standards.
This role offers hands-on exposure to global recruitment practices and HR operations in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.
- Support hiring in Japan
- Collect, verify, and maintain documentation for new hires as per organizational requirements.
- Maintain and update HR databases and recruitment trackers.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve hiring strategies and candidate experience.

Ideal Profile:
Ideal Candidate:
A motivated HR or business student/fresher, fluent in Japanese and English, eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
- Attention to detail, especially in managing documentation and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a multicultural team.
Required Qualification:
Bilingual language skill (Japanese and English)
