YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE


Reporting to the Managing Director Vietnam, the HR Manager will serve as a critical member of the leadership team being the main local contact for the regional and global support functions of the company.
This role requires a versatile and highly organized individual with a strong foundation in human resources as the HR Manager will ensure efficiency and compliance of global processes to support the overall strategic goals of the organization. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the managerial team on all HR and communication matters.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist the managers with recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring compliance with labor law
  • Support the outsourced payroll management process and administration of employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Manage relationships with employee working council
  • Maintain employee records and HR metrics/reports
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Vietnamese employment laws and regulations
  • Identify and address skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment
  • Deploy all Mérieux NutriSciences HR initiatives in the country

  • YOUR PROFILE


    Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a HR related field
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a small/medium company or an multinational subsidiary
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English enable an efficient communication with all levels of the organization
    Strong understanding of labor law 
    Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
    Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google suite a must
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Strong ethical standards, confidentiality and integrity
