DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for HRBP in Cameroon. In this specific position you will implement various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate, and retain employees. The goal is to achieve business objectives in line with organizational needs, overarching HR plans and policies, best practices, and current legislation.

In this HRBP Cameroon position
- You will act as a consultant, advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at the local level.
- You will deploy and coordinate HR policies and activities to suit the immediate needs of Business Managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
- You will support managers with the hiring process, contracts, and onboarding of new employees.
- You will facilitate the delivery of employee development needs and drive the employee career development program.
- You will conduct reviews, preparatory talks, and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with the defined Performance Management process.
- You will support change initiatives and act as a change agent.
- You will keep up to date with the latest developments in the HR industry and labor legislation.
- You will enhance awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements and regulations.

Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree
- HR/Labor Law certification (not a must)
Experience Level
- Experience of more than 6 years
- Previous experience partnering with the business at a senior management & executive level in a complex environment (e.g., multi-country/customers)
- Team leadership – small to medium-sized teams
- Prior budget management experience
- Proven experience in leading the deployment of complex organizational change projects
