HSE Commissioning Specialist

Location: Kuwait We are looking for a skillful specialist with experience in PMC or EPC organization in the field of Refinery/Petrochemical and who have handled business activities related to major projects not less than US Million each. Key Requirements
Four year full time B.S.in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Petrochemicals or Safety Engineering Job Description
Experience in PMC or EPC organization in the field of Refinery/Petrochemical and must handle business activities related to major projects not less than US Million each.
Strong experience in providing HSE support services for pre-commissioning, commissioning & operation etc. of mega refinery project.
Experience as HSE specialist in Operating Refineries / Petrochemicals units.
Experience in the field of Marine and Offshore activities with regards to Construction/ Precomm/ Commissioning and Operations. Experience in conducting field HSE surveys and audits, report preparation and follow-up of gaps to closure.
Experience in incident reporting & investigation and HSE statistics reports.
Experience in presenting HSE performance in meetings with commissioning teams. Close monitoring of refinery project commissioning activities etc.
Advising corrective actions for HSE issues and ensuring their implementation with commissioning team etc.
