We are seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of our HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key strategic and operational role in shaping our people strategy—overseeing recruitment, talent development, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will ensure that all HR processes are efficient, legally compliant, and aligned with the company’s mission to foster a productive, motivated, and high-performing workforce.
Functions
- The Human Resources Manager oversees the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention.
- They develop and implement HR policies in compliance with UAE labor laws, ensuring all procedures align with company standards. The role involves managing payroll, compensation, and benefits, while maintaining accurate employee records with strict confidentiality.
- The HR Manager also leads performance appraisals, supports managers in career development planning, and identifies training needs to foster professional growth. Additionally, they handle employee relations, resolve grievances professionally, and drive engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar HR role, with a strong grasp of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HR software and HRIS systems such as BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with proven ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
