I&C Engineer – Marine Industry
Location: Bukit Batok
Salary: $3,800 – $4,200
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled I&C Engineer to join our marine projects team. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will be a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring project standards and requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal and external resources, keeping projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Evaluate technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Liaise with management and clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives aligned with company goals.
• Assign project tasks and monitor progress through regular updates.
• Analyse risks and opportunities, and escalate issues as needed.
• Serve as a communication bridge between company teams and external parties.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance practices.

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Instrumentation and Control Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
