Job Description

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly qualified professional to serve as a technical reference in network and server environments, focusing on critical support demands and connectivity projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for high-complexity and critical infrastructure demands;
  • Install, configure, and maintain:
    Switches, Access Points, Wireless Controllers;
    Firewalls and NAC solutions;
    Video conferencing equipment;
    Physical and virtual servers (Windows Server and Linux);

  • Execute corrective, preventive, and improvement actions;
  • Perform LAN/WLAN troubleshooting (internal and client environments);
  • Approve and validate new network solutions;
  • Support clients and technical teams with network connectivity topics;
  • Prepare documentation and present project deliverables;
  • Ensure high-quality user support and maintain SLA compliance;
  • Serve as the technical go-to person for the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT support or customer service;
  • Basic knowledge of hardware (assembly, simple diagnostics) and software (Windows OS, Office Suite);
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Proactive mindset with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent or native in Mandarin;
  • Advanced English (B2/C1 or higher);
  • Theoretical or practical knowledge in automation (e.g., scripting, RPA tools, automated testing);
  • Strong logical reasoning and ability to analyze technical scenarios.

Nice to have:

  • Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.
