Intern / Full Time - Executive Assistant (Business Admin / Marketing / PR)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and
proactive Executive Assistant to support our Sales Director in
driving business growth. This role requires excellent
communication, time management, and multitasking
abilities.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Schedule
appointments and meetings for clients and the Director to
facilitate effective communication and
engagement. - To ensure administrative reports
and documentations are complete, accurate and up-to-date at all
times - Prepare reports, presentations and
proposals with accuracy and timeliness. - Liaise
with clients and internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups,
proposal submissions, and delivery of
services. - Coordinate and support campaigns,
event and workshop. - Perform other ad-hoc tasks
and project support as assigned by the
Director.
Qualifications:
- Diploma
or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related
field. - Proven experience as an Executive
Assistant or in a similar administrative
role. - Exceptional organizational and
multitasking skills. - Strong verbal and written
communication skills in English. - Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook). - Strong problem-solving skills,
adaptable, proactive and attention to
detail. - Enjoy working in fast-paced
environments. - Willing to travel if
required.
