The Worldwide Aviation Support Services (WASS) program, an AAR business, headquartered in Rockledge, FL, provides global, world-class expeditionary and conventional aviation solutions to the US Department of State Air Wing.
**Role Description:**
Primarily serves as the supervisor of the Stock Control Team. Directs and coordinates the daily activities and assignments of the Stock Control Team in support of program logistics activities of all WASS sites engaged in material requisitioning, inventory control, processing and procurement of materials, equipment, supplies and property.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Reports in writing and orally to the Logistics Material Program Manager, Deputy Director of Logistics and Director of Logistics.
+ Anticipates problems and works to mitigate anticipated problems.
+ Advises management on technical subjects and provides detailed data analytics for specific projects assigned.
+ Serves as a technical authority for Stock Control material requisition processing, reporting and Help Desk Resolution.
+ Schedules and assigns duties to Stock Control analysts, ensuring all deadlines are met.
+ Conducts and overseas semi-annual stock level reviews, stock level adjustment requests and procurement waiver requests.
+ Provides daily operational and administrative supervision to Stock Control personnel.
+ Monitors each task and keeps the Logistics Material Program Manager abreast of all concerns and accomplishments.
+ Understands all logistics requirements, SOPs, PWS, Program Directive for the WASS contract and enforces strict adherence to contractual requirements and metrics.
+ Designs and conducts research or technical studies to support logistic programs, functions and projects.
+ Works closely with all CONUS functional managers and departments, Property, QC, Warehouse, Purchasing, Plans and procedures and Transportation to monitor the supply chain flow and solve problems as they arise.
+ Provides OCONUS logistical direction in support of mission attainment and adherence to contract requirements.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
**Required:**
+ Associates degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience, five at the direct supervisory role. In lieu of an Associates degree, an additional 4 years of related experience is required.
+ Strong Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning, MRP and principles as they apply to purchasing and inventory management in the aerospace/aviation industries.
+ Graduate of formal course is mandatory with military or commercial certificate.
+ Excellent process improvement skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
+ Spanish Level L-2, R-2 required in LATAM Programs.
+ Strong analytical skills.
+ Position requires a U.S. Department of State Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT). **Preferred**
+ Experience in USG contracting.
+ Ability to pass physical screening.
+ Passport with 18 months remaining.
