Managing Director
Job Description
The Managing Director is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and strategic development of EstheClinic in Singapore. This role combines P&L ownership, operational excellence, team leadership, brand representation, and market expansion, while ensuring alignment with the group’s vision, standards, and values. The Managing Director acts as the local business leader, fully accountable for results and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Financial Performance
- Full ownership of the P&L for Singapore operations
- Define and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and growth plans
- Monitor and optimize revenue, margins, and costs
- Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of the clinics
2. Operations & Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all Singapore clinics
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium client experienceImplement and enforce group standards, protocols, and KPIs
- Optimize processes, productivity, and operational efficiency
3. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, inspire, and structure local management and clinic teams
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and build a strong culture
- Ensure high levels of engagement, professionalism, and accountability
4. Sales, Marketing & Growth
- Drive revenue growth across treatments, packages, and products
- Work closely with marketing teams on local acquisition and retention strategies
- Monitor conversion rates, client journeys, and commercial performance
- Identify new opportunities for expansion and innovation
5. Brand & Market Representation
- Act as the brand ambassador of EstheClinic in Singapore
- Ensure brand positioning, tone, and image are consistently upheld
- Build relationships with key partners, landlords, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Represent the company with professionalism and credibility in the local market
6. Group Alignment & Reporting
- Work closely with HQ and the Founder on strategy and execution
- Provide regular reporting on performance, insights, and challenges
- Ensure local decisions align with the group’s long-term vision
Profile & Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in senior management roles
- Strong background in retail, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality
- Proven experience managing P&L and multi-site operations
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
- Excellent commercial, analytical, and strategic capabilities
- High standards, attention to detail, and client-centric approach
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong plus)
- Based in Singapore with strong knowledge of the local market
