Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
- Fluency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N1 level) is essential for effective communication with the Japan headquarters and maintaining strong relationships with Japanese stakeholders.
- Proven track record of senior leadership experience preferably in a manufacturing multinational setting.
- Possess strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision‑making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and manage complex organizational change initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with a strong professional network within the industry.
- Extensive experience in B2B and B2G markets, with a deep understanding of manufacturing supply chains, production processes, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture, operational practices, and business etiquette.
