Job Description:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management of the company’s operations, including sales, profitability, budgeting, legal compliance, and human resources.
• Develop and execute medium to long term business strategies aligned with corporate goals to ensure sustainable growth and market competitiveness.
• Lead organizational change management and transformation initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions and technological advancements.
• Drive operational excellence through optimal resource allocation, process improvements, and cost management initiatives.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, including top management, to strengthen the company's market position.
• Foster a robust business ecosystem by establishing strategic internal and external partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
• Fluency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N1 level) is essential for effective communication with the Japan headquarters and maintaining strong relationships with Japanese stakeholders.
• Proven track record of senior leadership experience preferably in a manufacturing multinational setting.
• Possess strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision‑making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and manage complex organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with a strong professional network within the industry.
• Extensive experience in B2B and B2G markets, with a deep understanding of manufacturing supply chains, production processes, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture, operational practices, and business etiquette.
