Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the company’s construction operations, focusing on aluminium, glass, and façade works.
- Inspire excellence across all operations through clear vision and direction.
- Champion innovation in façade engineering and construction methodologies.
- Strengthen client relationships and expand business opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.
- Uphold corporate governance and financial integrity.
- Lead by example through regular site engagement and hands‑on oversight.
- Act in the best interests of the company and its stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in Singapore’s construction industry, with proven expertise in aluminium and glass works.
- Strong track record in façade projects, including curtain wall, glazing, and cladding systems.
- Deep knowledge of BCA and WSH regulations.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
- Thorough understanding of market changes and forces influencing the industry.
- Strong grasp of corporate finance and performance measures.
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Valid Singapore driving licence and personal vehicle for site visits.
- Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good command of both Chinese and English with fluent spoken Chinese and strong written English skills.
