Key Responsibilities
- Oversee AI operations, project delivery, and internal process optimization.
- Manage technology deployment, vendor coordination, and cross‑functional execution.
- Develop and enforce operational policies, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure operational scalability and efficiency for AI products and services in Singapore and China.
- Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and resource allocation across departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as COO, Managing Director, or similar senior operational role.
- Strong project management, operational leadership, and technology execution skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese ; experience working with China‑based teams and vendors.
- Excellent problem‑solving, risk management, and organizational skills.
