Executive-level leader overseeing multiple accounts, driving growth, and shaping the firm’s strategic direction

Domain specific:
**Banking: Expert in the domain. Lead large scale transformation projects in banking.** **Demonstrate sales capability.**
**Insurance:**
+ Support the growth strategy by creating or improving the insurance value proposition and go-to-market strategy
+ Proven track record in leading end-to-end large-scale, complex insurance transformation projects and process improvement initiatives for insurers
+ Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulatory environment, and technology trends.
+ Has experience in developing innovative solutions addressing emerging challenges such as digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
+ Background in insurance with a focus in these key areas: digital transformation, data strategy, technology strategy with an AI focus
**WAM:** **Expert in WAM transformation strategy, operating model design, and growth** **advisory.**
