The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Own end‑to‑end delivery
for multiple client projects—from onboarding and scheduling through to final content publication. - Build and maintain ClickUp boards
, SOPs, templates, and an AI prompt library; monitor capacity, dependencies, and deadlines. - Coordinate internal and freelance teams
(writers, designers, video editors), providing clear briefs and enforcing QA checklists. - Publish approved content
on client websites and social channels (WordPress, Buffer, HubSpot, SproutSocial) as well as Content 10x platforms. - Communicate with clients
on status, next steps, and issue‑resolution; cultivate trusted relationships that drive retention. - Embed AI and automation
to streamline workflows without compromising quality. - Line‑manage one Ops Assistant
, providing coaching, feedback, and development pathways.
The Person
- 3–5 years'
project, operations, or client‑services experience
(agency/B2B environment a plus but not essential). - Advanced user of
ClickUp
(Trello/Asana transferable). Comfortable with WordPress, Buffer/HubSpot/SproutSocial, Descript/Riverside. - Proficient with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for r
esearch, QA, and process automation
. - Detail‑obsessed
; spots typos, misaligned images, and broken links before the client does. - Confident communicator
in English—written and verbal—with a knack for building rapport remotely.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: R38,000 - R40,000 per month (depending on experience)
