Position: Marketing Specialist Location: Astana, Kazakhstan School Opening: September 2026 About International Community Schools With over 35 years of educational excellence, International Community Schools (ICS) is a leading international education group headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, operating six successful school branches. Renowned for its commitment to academic excellence and innovation, ICS is expanding internationally with the launch of a new campus in Astana, Kazakhstan. The new ICS Astana will deliver the internationally recognised American curriculum on a brand-new, purpose-built campus, designed to inspire learning and creativity. State-of-the-art facilities will include a swimming pool, theatre, advanced AI laboratories, and modern learning spaces that support both academic achievement and holistic student development. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing plan to achieve student enrollment targets for the September 2026 opening Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website traffic) Create and manage content for social media, website, newsletters, brochures, and presentations Coordinate with designers, videographers, printers, and external marketing agencies Plan and execute open days, school tours, education fairs, and community events Manage CRM / lead tracking and ensure timely follow-up with prospective parents Monitor marketing performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns Oversee brand localization while maintaining global ICS standards Collaborate closely with School Leadership, and HQ Marketing Ensure brand consistency in line with ICS global brand guidelines Requirements 5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in education) Proven experience leading brand launches or new market entries Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication skills in English, Russian, Kazakh Ability to work independently in a fast-paced launch environment Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Benefits What We Offer Opportunity to lead marketing for a new international school launch High level of ownership and visibility Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
