Mid-senior web & graphic designer

● Job level: Mid – Senior Web & Graphic Designer● Type: Full-Time Contract | Hybrid / Remote● Education: Undergraduate or postgraduate in marketing, journalism, advertising or digital marketing.● Experience: 3-5 years experience in social media and digital marketing. We seek a mid-senior web designer with a strong graphic design background to join our creative team! Responsibilities: Develop and create all design elements from concept to delivery.Create website designs based on wireframes according to UX best practices.● Adhere to best practices for responsive design & modern web standards● Ensure brand consistency across various marketing projects.● Deliver exceptional and efficient graphic design and execution.● Produce various materials, including style guides, presentations, layouts, websites, banners, brochures, digital assets, and mailers.● Uphold high-quality standards and ensure that only the best work is released.● Collaborate with teams across the organisation to elevate the standards of digital creativity. Requirements: ● Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.● Previous graphic and web design experience.● Demonstrated strong design and creative execution capabilities.● Proficiency in Adobe design software, including In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.● Experience in both print and digital design.● Proficient in web design tools (Figma) and graphic design software (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator).● Experience with responsive web design and front-end design (HTML/CSS knowledge a plus).● Knowledge of animation or motion design software is a plus (e.g., After Effects).● Strong communication skills (both oral and written).● Conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities.● Portfolio showcasing strong web & graphic design projects.● Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
