The Opportunity

This position is based in Buenos Aires within the Core Diagnostics division.

As National Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial team, Sales Executives, and Ambassadors with the goal of selling total solutions to current hospital/laboratory accounts in Core Diagnostics and/or strategic prospective accounts. The focus is on retention, penetration, and net new customer acquisition while ensuring the economic profitability of operations.

You will develop the current business and increase revenue in the installed base. Responsible for territory profitability. Primary Objective: High-volume accounts currently held by competitors and retention of strategic Core Diagnostics accounts, achieving customer satisfaction targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the organization to address the needs of large and complex accounts, achieve competitive advantage, and secure growth to meet Core Diagnostics Long-range Plan.
  • Responsible for the Division’s Total Revenue, defined as Sales Plan and Estimates, including Planning, Forecasting, and Target Performance achievement.
  • Sell total Diagnostic solutions to the largest and most complex accounts with multi-level company names, focused on penetration into new customers.
  • Develop the Business Development Plan, Value Expansion Plan, and Sales Plan to achieve revenue objectives, higher profitability, retention, and greater share of existing customers.
  • Coordinate and manage a group of Sales Executives, and Sales Ambassadors.
  • Create and drive a long-term strategy and short-term tactics to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Responsible for global accounts (such as private lab chains).
  • Guide both customer orientation and business achievement, impacting team culture.
  • Establish and generate a deep understanding of account needs, stakeholders, and competitive situation at the highest level.
  • Develop and lead the internal interdisciplinary sales team to execute account strategies.
  • Analyze the impact of market trends and factors on customers.
  • Negotiate long-term contracts.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Health or Business Administration, with a specialization.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in similar roles with strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
  • Solid solution-selling and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication ability.
  • Pragmatic and balanced management approach combining strategic planning, operational excellence, and flawless execution.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
