Network & Security Engineer -Netskope SSE

We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Security Engineer with hands-on, expert-level experience in Netskope SSE and Netskope SD-WAN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable, cloud-based network and security solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Netskope SSE components including CASB, SWG, ZTNA, RBI, and DLP policies.
• Implement, configure, and maintain Netskope SD-WAN for optimized and secure connectivity.
• Develop and enforce network security best practices, access controls, and zero-trust principles.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues across network, cloud security, and endpoint integrations.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and incidents to ensure operational reliability and compliance.
• Work closely with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams to align network and security architectures.
• Conduct risk assessments and participate in incident response for network security events.
• Create and maintain documentation for network designs, policies, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory hands-on experience with:
• Netskope Security Service Edge (SSE) stack
• Netskope SD-WAN technologies
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPSec, GRE, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
• Expertise in cloud and hybrid network architectures.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts.
• Experience configuring network security tools: firewalls, proxies, VPNs, and identity integrations (Azure AD, Okta, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network and cloud security issues end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO27001 (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Netskope certifications (e.g., NCSA, NCSX) are a strong plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in network security engineering roles.
