New Homes Consultant
We're looking for drive, passion, and a team-player attitude above all else. If you're a sales professional, even from another industry, we want to hear from you. This position begins as a remote, work-from-home role, with a transition to an office-based setting anticipated later in the year.

What You'll Be Doing
Nurture leads and manage consistent communication with prospective customers throughout their decision-making process.
Meet with customers in their homes, on-site, or at local estates, showcasing our designs.
Guide customers through the entire new home building process, providing informed insights and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Work closely with customers to understand their visions and explain building plans, material specifications, and site requirements.
Effectively collaborate with team members while maintaining a high level of independence.
What You'll Bring
- New Home Industry Experience: Prior experience within the new home building industry is preferred, although not required.
- Sales-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with people, building rapport, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interactions.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and various online platforms.
- Valid Driver's Licence: You must possess a current driver's licence.
