This role requires a professional who thrives in a calm structured environment and takes pride in maintaining exceptional guest service standards during night operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the front desk during night shifts ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Handle late check‑ins, early check‑outs and guest requests professionally and efficiently.
Complete daily auditing and reconciliation of financial transactions and reports.
Balance and verify all revenue postings to ensure accuracy.
Maintain security and safety standards throughout the night.
Assist with administrative and reception duties as required.
Provide relief reception support during day shifts when necessary. Requirements Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Receptionist within a hotel environment.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in hotel property management systems is highly advantageous.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays. Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience.
