Job Description
The Role:
- Build and deploy advanced NLP models for tasks like text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and question answering.
- Work directly with large, unstructured datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and cleaning.
- Design and implement scalable pipelines to integrate NLP models into production applications.
- Work with NLP architectures, including transformers, embeddings, and large language models.
- Evaluate and fine-tune models to meet performance, accuracy, and efficiency requirements in production settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in models, pipelines, or data processing workflows.
- Document model design, assumptions, and implementation details to maintain reproducibility and clarity for the team.
Ideal Profile:
- You possess an advanced degree, ideally a PHD, in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in NLP, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model evaluation for NLP tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Knowledge of algorithmic and statistical foundations for NLP and ML.
- Ability to solve complex NLP problems and deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
