Key Responsibilities
- Act as a producer and take ownership of client relationships, guiding them through the casualty and property facultative process.
- Deliver high-quality service and innovative solutions to Japanese and regional clients.
- Assess client risk appetite, capital adequacy, and design reinsurance programs with analytical and technical precision.
- Structure and place treaty reinsurance, facultative solutions, and capital market instruments (e.g. ILS).
- Provide pre- and post-renewal reporting, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Liaise with international offices (London, APAC, etc.) to deliver seamless global support.
- Drive new business development and prospecting alongside client servicing.
