Your proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be instrumental in delivering quality customer service and fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to inquiries regarding our products and services effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
- Provide detailed information about product features and benefits
- Collect customer feedback to improve our services
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus
