Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Limuru Central Ward, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Nurse Coordinator will oversee patient care, manage nursing activities, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality services. Responsibilities include organizing patient schedules, providing critical care when needed, and supporting the integration of innovative healthcare solutions. The role requires clear communication with healthcare teams and adherence to best practices and ethical standards in patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Nursing, Medicine, and Patient Care, with a focus on delivering high-quality healthcare services.
• Experience in Critical Care Medicine, with the ability to handle complex patient needs and emergency situations effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, workflow, and healthcare resources efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to both in-clinic and remote work environments as part of a hybrid role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification; certifications in critical care or specialized nursing are a plus.
• Experience in healthcare operations or related supervisory roles will be beneficial.
