We are looking for Operational Steward Managerto join our team!

• Oversee the stewarding department’s daily operations (cleaning, dishwashing, sanitation)
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Manage stewarding schedules, staff attendance, and shift planning
• Supervise and train stewards on safety, hygiene, and equipment handling
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen teams to ensure timely support during food service
• Monitor proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and kitchen equipment
  

• 3–5 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices
