My client is a rapidly expanding semicon MNC. They are currently looking for an experienced Operations Director to join their team in Melaka. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the strategic growth of a world-class organization.
Your new role
1. Oversee Manufacturing Operations: Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of semiconductor manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth production processes and high efficiency.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost management.
3. Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance through lean manufacturing techniques and automation.
