Overview
The Partner Program Manager 3 is responsible for supporting the company’s partnership programs to include all aspects related to onboarding enablement process improvement and reporting for the global partner community. This position requires a multi-faceted approach to ensure successful adoption of the program across various partner types. The Partner Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and assisting with the launch of program updates to drive and support change across the company.
Responsibilities
Execute all components of a partner enablement program, including onboarding, training, certification, and follow up, to ensure the company sets partners up for successSupport the application and management of on-boarding processes for new technology partners, while supporting the company’s overall program and partnership strategyLiaise and collaborate with company’s internal partner team(s) to operationalize program benefits that mutually deliver value for both the company and partnersAssist in successful development of systems to establish ongoing communication and feedback loops with partners to ensure consistent delivery of informationExecute support delivery by promptly responding to inquiries, capturing feedback and prioritizing program improvements; identify and implement process changesLead complex projects with multiple partners internally and externally to strengthen partnerships and maximize the benefit for the company and its partnersLeverage analytical insights to track, evaluate and improve program initiativesOperate as a trusted advisor to potential partners; develop and maintain strategic working relationshipsOperate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends Basic Qualifications
Fluent in EnglishBachelor’s Degree or significant equivalent experiencePrevious experience in program management, project management, or business developmentPrevious experience with Enterprise Imaging related technologiesProven success managing complex, cross-functional projects within budgets and timelinesStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with great attention to detailAbility to quickly identify problems or areas in need of improvement and implement solutionsStrong presentation and communication skills, confident speaking to internal and external individuals across all levelsStrong analytical skills with the ability to consume and process large amounts of data into actionable insightsStrong ability for delivering a high-bar of satisfaction and support to partners and key stakeholdersExperience with CRM tools to manage partner account dataStrong interpersonal skillsThrive in fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity, and willingness to learnUp to 50% travel required
