We’re seeking someone with strong mechanical knowledge who can accurately source and identify parts for a diverse customer base.
In this role, you’ll manage parts procurement for trucks and trailers, providing expert support to customers and assisting internal sales teams.
Main Duties Will Include:
- Identify customer requirements and source the correct parts
- Utilize catalogues and digital tools to confirm stock availability and pricing
- Manage inventory and accurately record stock movements
- Provide expert advice and support to customers
- Prepare detailed quotes and process all sales documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter - Essential
- Strong mechanical understanding of trucks, trailers, and related accessories
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Competent computer skills
- Forklift licence preferred, but not mandatory
